About me
Dr. Kristi Combs is the Head of Middle School and Associate Head of Campus at Pine Crest School, Boca Raton. Dr. Combs has spent the last few decades utilizing her comprehensive background in K-8 educational leadership, curriculum design, pedagogical coaching, and program development to cultivate best practices at public, private, and charter schools. Her passion for empowering others and building capacity within educational teams promoted Dr. Combs to conduct her research on faculty well-being experiences. Creating a place where everyone feels valued, competent, and empowered is at the heart of her leadership style and practice. Under her leadership, new programs have been developed that promote leadership, independence, and authentic learning experiences for faculty and students.
