About me
Mike is from Arizona, near the town of Tombstone. He has a degree in Biochemistry from the University of Arizona, pursued a Master's in Chemistry at NAU (ABD), a degree in Computer Science at Nova Southeastern, and an MBA from Georgia Tech. Mike started an ISDN internet business, which led to a fulfilling 23-year software career at Citrix. While at Citrix, he held positions in Services, IT, and Engineering and led teams in Japan, China, Greece, Australia, Ireland, and the US, making Citrix a wonderful workplace. Mike's teaching career at Cardinal Gibbons has been equally rewarding. He taught Biology and AP Computer Science while coaching the JV soccer team, finding the community to be very supportive and the opportunity invaluable.Mike and his wife Carisa have two children: Penelope is starting college at TSC, and Max is in 10th grade at Nova University School. Mike is always interested in helping people realize value from data; he would love to hear more about your cool data ideas.
