Pedro Uribe has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Florida Atlantic University and a Master of Arts in Mathematics Education (MAE) from the University of Florida. His role as a Computer Science and Technology Specialist allows him to support students and faculty with their technology needs and find opportunities to enrich the curriculum by incorporating computer science and computational thinking.
Mr. Uribe is also a middle school robotics coach and STEM Summer Camp Instructor. He was a facilitator for Code.org, helping train teachers across the United States on how to infuse elements of computer science into their existing mathematics curricula and introduce computer science to underrepresented demographics.
